All about the Gîte
In the St. Antoine district, the cottage for 4 with a separate entrance was redone in 2014 except some antique furniture find in Isle sur la Sorgue flea market. Without opposite on a wooded fenced 2,200 m², the gîte, independent in the owner's house, has air conditioning.
The cozy bedroom has a bed of 160x200 and the possibility of adding a child bed on request. Sheets, towels and possibly a complete baby need are provided.
The small salon is equipped with a convertible sofa, a flat screen TV with USB slot, a DVD player, a free WiFi connection. The sofa can accommodate 2 extra people in a bed of 140x190.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, induction hob, fridge freezer and appliances (coffee maker, grill, coffee maker, kitchen robot, etc.). The kitchen opens onto a shaded terrace with barbecue.
A second private terrace on the side of the large garden next to the swimming pool ... 10m x 5m.
Parking is available inside the property.
